No Swimming Player v1 to v2: 
- Added "No-Swimming Player 2" which sinks then dies 5 seconds later (if still covered by water). If the server has SolarFlare's Oxygen and Breathing mod loaded, it will not kill it 5 seconds later but let that mod take it's affect.
- Kept the instant kill player as "No-Swimming Player".
