Uber Terrain Colorset v1 to v2: 
Change Log:

V1 - V2:

- Made the blues for water in the "Terrain" section transparent
- Scrapped the transparent terrain section and replaced it with a better grayscale (more variants) and a transparent grayscale
- Moved the completely invisible color to the bottom of the "Specials 2" section
