Added weather resources.

Pitro GUI v10 to v11:

Made it so you can no longer join the server with out the GUI. All shapes/sounds moved to client so you no longer need to download them :D

Pitro GUI v9 to v10:

Removed the key bind for the stats HUD. /\ Now opens on on server join. Fixed were if you leave any serve the stats HUD would not work.

Pitro GUI v8 to v9:

Fixed some stats showing or showing in the wrong place

Pitro GUI v7 to v8:

Added stats GUI. Added help GUI. Some other crap I can't remember.

Fixed wanted list display.

Added more stats on to the account GUI

Bank display cash fixed. status GUI added [beta].

Pitro GUI v2 to v3:

Finished stats on bank GUI. Added a pref that will be used later. Fixed some spelling errors.

Pitro GUI v1 to v2:

Added to the bank GUI. Added new ATM GUI, you can only withdrawal from an ATM.
