Metroid Fanfares v1 to v2: 
-Removed extraneous audio file information (eg: track authors)

-Cleaned up audio files to eliminate seriously huge filesizes while retaining audio quality

-Removed MetroidFF_MissionComplete sound, as its filesize was gigantic and it didn't really have much of a creative use anyway
