Rejoin Server v2 to v3: 
-Made a workaround for serverConnection.getAddress(); returning IP: at the start for some people and not for others.
-No longer opens the Manual Join GUI.
 

Rejoin Server v1 to v2: 
-Added support for passworded servers.
-Made it give an error if the amount of players is above the max player count.
