Shield v4 to v5: 
Damage is no longer blocked from sources at the player's position.
- addHealth now always affects the player
- temporary health 'bleed' effect no longer blocked
 

Shield v1 to v2: 
Minor change to stop it duplicating grenade-like projectiles.
