IP Ban v2 to v3: 
Redone system for recording IP addresses. To remove or add IP bans manually, simply open the IPBanList.txt file in config/server/

Improved functionality and better safeguards.
 

IP Ban v1 to v2: 
Added IP ban related messages for the RTB Hosting activity stream. This will not affect you in any way if you do not have RTB hosting.

Also added a /checkIP <name> command for curious people.
