TF2 Scout Pack v1 to v2: 
Added new player types: Double-Jump Player, Double-Jump Weak (75 HP)
Bat and Sandman now crit on Zombies (84 damage)
RTB pref: Bat enables Double Jump - if disabled, the Aluminium Bat will not let you double jump (Bat + Double-Jump player can, though)
