Halo Pelican v1 to v2: 
Added turreted pelican (Rear mounted turret)
Made it less likely to stall and easier to climb with
Added a space bar to go up script. This won't rocket the pelican upward, put will give it the little boost it needs if you are trying to slow a rapid fall.
