Admin Vehicle Spawner v6 to v7: 
* Added an option to RTB Pref Manager that will allow you choose whether or not only admins can ride. (Yay?)
* Added an option to RTB Pref Manager to allow or disallow Admin Vehicle spawning.
* Changed color of eject message.
* All admin vehicles now have 'isAdminVehicle = true' applied to it.
* Changed the spawn code so the code is much cleaner. (This may break non-offical admin spawner addons)
* Coders can now use SpawnAdminVehicle(client, Vehicle_Datablock);.
* 'creationTime' is now applied to vehicles.
* Default Admin Vehicle color can now be set in RTB Pref Manager.

Admin Vehicle Spawner v5 to v6: 
* A vehicle is now loaded into the view when the GUI is opened.
* Variables are now cleaned up on disconnect.
* Client checks to prevent old, and broken Admin Vehicles add-ons from running.
* Added a five second spawn delay to vehicle spawning.

- This update is considered a critical update to prevent crashing of your server.
- Also, be sure to check out Truce's Vehicle Stereo mod on RTB as it would go great with this!

* Now comes with a spawn GUI.
 

Admin Vehicle Spawner v3 to v4: 
* Changed package name to AdminVehicles.
* Removed AdminVehicleArray_Add.
* A slight impulse is now applied to ejected players.
 

Admin Vehicle Spawner v2 to v3: 
* You can now eject a player from any vehicle with /EjectPlayer playername
 

Admin Vehicle Spawner v1 to v2: 
* Server now checks for the right datablock when spawning a jet. (My bad)
