Boundary v1 to v2: 
- Added a /setBoundaryAfghan command that sets up the boundary for the Afghan DM
- Added the ability to toggle the mod on and off
- Added the ability to switch between circle and box boundaries
- Hard coded safe zone size has been decreased
- Fixed console spam when killed
