Title:	Toggle Tools
Summary:	A server command which toggles whether or not players may drop tools.

Description:	Tired of people giving tools away to other people who shouldn't have them? No worries, the tool toggler is here! :-) Type /toggletooldrop to toggle whether or not players may drop tools. (Admins Only) This mod is minigame based and won't affect everyone in the server. When dropping items is disabled, attempting to drop items will discard them.
