Ok let's not get our panties in a bunch. If you don't like hearts then obviously you aren't going to want to have this in your add-ons folder (but come on! who doesn't like hearts?). I'll whip up something that appeals more to guys and no it won't be a piano. You have to admit though, watching a heart float around and pulse is pretty cool.
I think the biggest issue here is I wasn't able to post the rest of the screen shots for this add-on due to my crappy internet. It may look that way but it's not just a s

It is a good mod, but, its a heart... If your gonna make a mod like this may I sugest a different skin. Eg: Shoop Dah Whoop,
or: That Weird Crazy Hobo Guy, but not a heart that reminds everyone of the time they went to that slightly strange dentist.

Still downloading though for what its worth I want to have a fiddle (BEHAVE!).

And now there will probably be many more of these getting released. Not a bad idea actually, I just don't want THIS one.
