Summary:	Combines FireRelayNum with FireRelayDirection!

Description:	This event is mainly used for sending information along-side the relay. VCE_relayCallFunction can do this but with only 1 relay. This can do it with multiple lines of relays. Credit: McTwist - Event_FireRelayNum Destiny - Code for firing relays in a specific direction.
