Also needs a rocket machinegun and rocket minigun. Obviously the rockets do like 5 damage for normal play because it's just retarded and another pair that fire normal damage rockets for teh lulz.

Now we need a multi-rocket launcher (shotgun)

he means you need to have the default RL enabled, even though its default you can still enable it.

If you don't want rocket spam, leave the server. If your the host and you don't want rocket spam, kick them. If they do it again ban them for a day. If they do it again, ban them for a week. If they do it again ban their fuckin' asses forever and be rid of them.
