Just download it and if you don't want it delete it manually
as follows
Go to Computer
My Documents
Blockland (or wherever your BL installation is)
Go to your Addons Folder.
Find this addon. (Vehicle_Escargot.zip)
Delete it.
If blockland is open restart blockland.
And there! Its gone
or....simply...disable it..
