Description:	While I was reading through the Environmental Controls Preview topic before the release of v21 some people were annoyed at the fact that any admin could change the environment settings and some people wanted it to be host only or Super Admin only. This mod allows you to do that. What you do is you select who can change the environment with an RTB pref by setting it to either Host, Super Admin or Admin or if you prefer you could use the following command /environmentpermission Host ~ Allows only the host to change the environment /environmentpermission Super Admin ~ Allows only Super Admins to change the environment /environmentpermission Admin ~ As normal any admin can change the environment If you had it set to Host and an admin tried to use the environment GUI they will get a Message Box that will tell them that they do not have permission to change the environment. The environment GUI itself can still be opened by any admin but it will be completely useless. They won't even receive the current environment settings.
