Title:	Hover Jet Player
Summary:	Non-stop flight, but not too high.

Description:	This is a flying player type suitable for deathmatches. It allows for unlimited flight, but it shorts out above a certain height above the ground, similar to a fuel jet player when out of fuel. The overall effect is actual flight, as opposed to the jump-extension of the jump, leap, and fuel jet players, while not being unbalanced in minigames by allowing players to fly completely freely. Features: Unlimited jet time. Limited jet altitude. Jumping off a high ledge and using it will allow you to slowly glide down. The maximum height above the ground can be changed by RTB pref. Whether or not bricks count as platforms depends on the raycasting attribute. Water is treated as a surface that you can fly over. Warning: May cause dysentry.
