This is only needed for gamemodes/minigames that don't need trust. Otherwise this is a bad idea.

It is needed, Drago (ohai), for example at grappling TDMs, one died and sends the one who killed him a request that gets on his screen and makes him nosedive.

@GLaDOS, A client side of this mod would be horrible it would allow users non admins to kick a user through a script aka hackments..
