luked, yes it does. Say /msg and you will come up with chat with someone. If it says no nick/channel, they're not online or do not exist. I've been banned four times.

@darerd It does not work, but that's because you have to be in the same channel as someone for IRC notifier to alert you if one is offline or not.

Don't let that affect your rating of this fantastic mod. If you don't enter it correctly, it's your own damn fault asshole.

Its good but the only thing I have a problem with is that if I need to add somebody to it, I might be typing their name wrong so I never notice when they're online. 4/5

This is cool. I never would have thought this would be possible. It certainly means that I don't have to keep checking IRC to see if my friends that run servers are on. But you say this is just until RTB Connect comes out. I've never heard of that; what is it?
