I'm pretty sure it's not a double post unless it says the same thing.
@Justin:
1. It's probably best to give your idea to an experienced addon maker. Mainly becuase you technically aren't supposed to post your first addons anyway, and if you have no experience even with small addons, you're going to have a very hard time making big ones like that.
2. V17 is mainly bug fixes. On the BL homepage, you can view all the changes. Also, I've played BL since V8 :)
