Title:	Destructo Wand Plus
Summary:	Adds more features to the destructo wand

Description:	Looking at bricks while holding the destructo wand will tell you the owner of the bricks and their bl_id if you press the light key it will switch to Clear mode, in clear mode look at a brick and click it will ask for confirmation to clear this person's bricks, hit one of their bricks again and it will clear them all You will also get a constant bottom print telling you which mode you are in and if destroy public bricks is on Also gives the destructo wand a faint orange light
