Does this work with local chat mods and circumvent them? I know cell phone mod didn't.

Very fun and simple works well with the cellphone mod so the cellphone is through 1 on 1 but the radio could be for groups of people or a team like fortwars or use the phone to tell certain people your radio so everyone else doesnt hop on and screw with it

Is there any way to increase the maximum range? To, say 32,000 or somesuch large figure?

I modified this so it replaced the default function for Blockland chatting. Now you can't chat unless you're in range, that annoying name in blue letters is gone, and you're always tuned to channel 1.

There is a glitch. You try to make the Radio tower, and the trust isnt yours... It says this when you wrench it or something: does not trust you enough to do that

if you put it on it wont work it will just put something 1st in font of the radio mod

It's a genius idea and I love it, but so much more could be added.

Perhaps events such as [output] connecttochannel and [output] relayradiomessage. RTB prefs for the distance and the distance with cars and maybe even the size of the dish brick would be useful as well. These are still just ideas of course, and I'm still looking forward to version 2.

V2 should make you be able to change the range of the towers in RTB Prefs.

V2 Will also include A GUI for some of more... Dull users who can't figure out how to use it. I may also make some sort of range map in the GUI that shows the range of radio towers nearby. Any other suggestions to add in?

yeah fix the no brick ID thing, it interferrs with some events, but for the not building on top thing, for not, just put tower brikc ON TOP of regular ones

Doesn't work in Minigames, at least not in RP Core. Please fix this, oh and the Radio Tower brick (Shaped like Latice) when you build it it has no ID and you cant build on it any more.

If you somehow made it so the radio would also broadcast music, it would be epic. You should also make like a radio item that you need to have to tune in to different stations, and vehicles have their own radios.

Funny thing is, The day after I put this on RTB, I became friends with the guy who made Local chat.

Now all we need are portable radios and headsets!
