Details 
Title: Admin Ability Limits
Summary: Helps set limits for how often admins can do certain tasks, like banning.

Description: Currently it just adds an RTB pref for how often, in seconds, an admin may ban, the default is 60.
Limits for admining other players and kicking will come soon.

I would say its useful for an admin that you just made on there but after a while when you trust them its good to take off :3

I find this addon not needed, because i don't randomly giev people admin powers. I make them work for it.
