ok, so he dident steal it. but still. he should be alot careful. alot of people can get the wrong idea unless its original. try drawing a monkey head, vampire, chicken, dog, anything! just try either saying that you either: wanted to make your own/dident like the ones they had. but if you wanted it in general, all you had to do is search.

This does look familiar, but the color frequencies are added by like 20 maybe because they are brighter.
