Isn't there already an FPS counter mod? I believe it showed up in the bottom right with Impact font and multiple entries (average, instant, etc).
This is still a valid add-on because it blends in better than the other one, so it's an option for players who don't really like intrusive add-ons.

why would you use an external program to view your fps in a game when /you can just use a program that takes up 90% less disk space and isn't a program but an actual extension of your game/. i don't see why anyone is complaining that they can do that when it makes more sense from a logical standpoint to just use addon itsself.

Why use this shit when Fraps or Razer GameBooster has a auto-toggle for FPS on all PC games? This is useless to me.

now i can see that i have 40 fps instead of 30 fps.
