to use the cannons click jet key and you will be sitting and aiming the gun and your set

to use the heavy weapons right click :) sets them up so u can fire

I don't know why it dosen't say it as a requirement but you need tier+tactical for it to work. Refer to the blockland forums and find the Imperial Guard addon for more info.
